About Signal Driver Training

Signal Driver Training specialise in providing driving instructor training and intensive learner driving courses. 

Based near Stafford, training is offered in Birmingham, Leicester, Stoke, Coventry, Cambridge, Peterborough, Norwich, Ipswich and their surrounding areas. 

All training tutors and instructors are registered with the Driving Standards Agency and have been vetted by the Criminal Records Board, 

Our intensive driving courses cater for the needs of learner drivers from the absolute beginner, refresher courses, the pupil lacking in confidence right through to Pass Plus.

All courses are tailored to meet the individual requirements of each pupil, ensuring Safe Driving for Life. 

No previous experience or qualifications are required to train to become a driver instructor. The Driving Standards Agency require that anyone wishing to train has no more than 6 penalty points on their licence, have held a valid full UK licence for at least 3 years and meet the physical criteria required to safely control a vehicle.

Signal Driver Training also has DSA Fleet registered instructors capable of delivering employee Driver Risk Assessment helping companies to comply with the 2008 Corporate Manslaughter and Homicide Act.
